Saturday, May 9, 2009, We LUV Marriage hosted a peaceful rally in defense of traditional marriage.  Our rally was held in Grifton, NC...a one stop light town, which just goes to prove that even small, quaint areas, can produce big results & raise up a loud voice!  We were excited to see nearly 400 people come out to support the institution of marriage as being clearly defined as being between one man and one woman, and that's it.  We have made an impact, and will strive to continue to do so, if it takes going to all 100 NC counties!  We LUV Marriage is just beginning to forge onward, now that our initial battle was won.  Our special pre-rally singers, "Men Of Faith", were outstanding.  The presentation of the flags, National Anthem, and pledge were inspiring.  The speakers were absolutely phenomenal.  The weather couldn't have been more perfect, and if you missed this rally, then you missed an amazing event!  We were so honored to have media coverage from WITN 7, WNCT 9, Grifton Times Leader, and the Kinston Free Press.  Below, are some pictures from this wonderful day.

We are sick & tired of our representatives claiming to be our "voice" in NC, but they will not vote according to the majority of the people whom they represent!

It's time they take a stand & vote for the people, or we, the people, need to take a stand & vote them out of office!
